Hi guys today i have created this Poison Entangled Roots Effect in unreal engine Niagara. this effect is based on my two previous tutorials which i have mentioned in this video so you can also follow those videos for better understanding.

Base Effect: The poison effect is built upon a previous tutorial that demonstrated a similar effect, with enhancements like larger size and added roots.
Decal Materials:
The effect uses a custom decal material with adjustable properties such as roughness and normal intensity to control the appearance of liquid stains on the ground.
Color parameters and normal maps are used to distort the texture and add depth to the material.
Soft Beams:
These are created using a mesh with a soft material, panning upwards and masked with noise to simulate soft, growing roots.
Particles are spawned in a circular pattern, with random size, life, and scaling properties.
Poison Bubbles:
Spheres are spawned with a material that creates a glowing effect and interacts with the ground to leave a visible edge (thanks to inverted fading).
These bubbles scale over their lifetime and add to the eerie, poisonous atmosphere.
Distortion Effects:
Distortion is applied to the bubbles using a normal map with refraction values, creating a visual distortion effect as the bubbles interact with the ground.
Smoke Ring:
A subtle smoke ring is created using low opacity particles, with soft noise and slight movement to mimic vapor or toxic fumes spreading from the bubbles.
Growing Roots:
The main focus of this tutorial is the creation of roots that grow randomly from the ground, achieved by controlling their size and direction using dynamic parameters.
The root mesh is a slender tube, and its behavior is controlled by animating the erode value, which makes the roots grow from a small point and spread out, then shrink again.
Direction Control in Materials:
Directional noise is applied in the material, with randomization across multiple axes to simulate the roots growing in different directions.
The effect of eroding and scaling the roots is directly tied to the texture, with adjustments made to the material’s UV and normal values to create a dynamic look.
Dynamic Parameter Integration:
Dynamic parameters such as erode, direction, and tiling are used to give life to the growing roots, with real-time control from the material instance.
