Key Notes:

Creating a Niagara Emitter: Set up a Niagara emitter using a Fountain template, adjust the particle count and make it GPU local for performance.

Optimization: To reduce particle count, use the alpha channel to delete unwanted particles that don’t match the Yin Yang shape. This improves performance by only displaying visible particles.
Brightness and Twinkle Effect: Add a twinkling effect by adjusting the particle size and uniform scale, and randomize the twinkle speed for more dynamic visual effects.
Final Adjustments: Increase spawn rate, and tweak rotation speed and brightness to refine the look of the effect.
