Hi guys, how are you today? In this video, I’m breaking down an effect I created about 3 months ago for my Patreon members. One of my subscribers requested a tutorial, so here it is! I’m currently using Unreal Engine 5.5, but this effect is available in 5.4 as well (check the download link below).

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how I created a cool particle effect using a sphere and a twisted Taurus mesh, along with various particle settings and materials. From camera animations to the specific settings of each emitter, this video covers the detailed process of building the effect. I’ll explain how to create the swirling, colorful particles and the material setup that gives this effect its unique look. You’ll also learn how to manipulate particle movement using the tangent of a mesh and how to apply different textures to achieve the desired look.
